Coronado Village Movie Theater Grand Opening to the Public. Address – not a requirement, you can't miss this building. Not only does the building sport the original Art-Deco style tower, but the marquee is electronic and (some might say is too loud and colorful) but apparently resembles the original theater's marquee, without the technology. Located on Orange Avenue between the Union Bank and CVS. The first run movie being shown at this theaters opening week-end is Disneys' Cars 2.
Lambs Player's Theater – Live theatrical performances of The Music Man, America's favorite musical, and anyone driving down Orange Avenue when the theater lets out can tell you – this production is attracting huge crowds. Call 619 437-6000 to see if you can get any tickets. 1142 Orange Ave. Friday, June 24 – July 10
